9800SE flash problem - need urgent help

hi all..

well I wanted to share this problem with you guys, maybe one of you found a way to solve it already.
I have a PowerColor 9800SE that I've flashed with the PowerColor XT bios (actually all XT bios have been tried)
and the problem is that during the motherboard bootup sequence or the mobo setup menu every thing on the screen runs in slow motion - accept when using the original bios - then every thing is fine.
I though to my self may be its the frequences on the XT bios - so I changed them to be the same as original. didn't work still runs slow motion. so I thought maybe its because I'm using a SAMSONG bios on a hynix based card so I did some thing else since there are no hynix XT bios files out there,
I took my original bios and edited it to change its ID to be the same as XT - still didn't work as soon as I finished the flash and rebooted every thing ran in slowmotion even though the only thing that was diferent were 4 byte that defined the ID. (I reopened and saved in radedit to recalculate the checksum so it wouldn't be a problem)

now you should all understand that this is only during mobo bios bootup or setup menu as soon as DOS or windows load the problem goes away and the card behaves normaly - my scores down in the signture proove it.

regarding frequecy problem - well its not that. my card can o/c to 450/790 on stock cooling with no problems at all. (the fact that I used the original bios and only changed the ID prooves that also.)

my guess is that the card or motherboard bios recognized that bios ID and ASIC ID dont match and thats why every thing runs in slow motion. is there a way to change the ASIC ID to match the XT ID?
or have you solved this some other way?

system specs: P4 - 2.8@3.1Ghz HT 800Mhz 512MB ram 2.5 - 3 - 3 - 6 windows XP SP1
ASUS P4P800. SATA 120GB.

thanks.
and BRGDS

When you say "slow motion" can you explain what you mean, is everything blurring in your dos bootup to windows or is it just extremely slow to move settings in your bios setup?

exactly what you said in the second option you gave, all text and grephics are OK visually but they come up to the screen in slow motion.
lets say the setup menu - every option I want to go into take 5 seconds decuse it needs to refresh the display and it is done line by line. in the boot sequence - the linse of the boot test etc,,,normaly move up and insted they move one line at a time adding 30 seconds to bootup time.

thanks.

no, no problems what so ever...not even the black lines or artifacts or shadows that people flashing to XT have been complaining about during 3DMark03 test games...
none what so ever. graphics is completly clean even ati tool 0.18 or artifact tester by omega say that I have no artifacts at deafult and o/c-ed settings. that i'm currently using.

this problems realy bugs me cause I can't do mother board o/c-ing since having to change FSB clock rates in bios takes like 10 minuts since evey increment needs 10 second..
