ATITool 0.0.18 Released
ATITool 0.0.18
Main Features- No limits overclocking.
- Finding maximum core and memory overclock by rendering into a Direct3D window and scanning the output for visual artifacts.
- Artifact scanning mode for non-ATI cards - use together with a 3rd party overclocking utility.
- Loading a predefined clock profile on Application/Windows startup.
Hotkeys that can be used any time to load clocks from a profile.
- 3D application detection (Direct3D 8, Direct3D 9, OpenGL) to overclock your video card only when required.
ATITool will only work on Windows 2000/XP/2003.
Changelog:- added default clocks to card info display in settings
- better 'clock blocked' tooltip text
- support for selecting sound files added / rewrote sound playback engine
- limit slider range when clock safety is enabled
- added time limit for scan
- added shutdown system when scan complete
- ATITool will now log information to a file "log.txt"
- Rendering window can be resized.
- exclude list for 3d detection - enter just executable names there, no pathnames, case doesn't matter, use the logfile to find out which exe caused the call
- added locking of reference divider
- fixed crash when you closed the app with settings open

I went back to the .17 version myself for whatever reason 3D mark 2001se, 04, and Ut2K3 and 4 would crash after setting my oc with .18. Since reverting no problems/errors

Yeah, W1zzard is working on fixing that bug since many others have had problems with that as well, and other similar programs.
