I bought a used 9700 pro graphic card but I am getting weird problem with it
First here's my spec :

2.4C 800mhz
p4p800 deluxe
400mhz geil golden dragon

Look at the picture during the installation of Windows ( TOP RIGHT )

Now look at the problem in my game

I tried the card on my 3 computers with different drivers ( Omega 4.1, catalyst 3.7, 3.10, 4,1 )
I also have colors caracters problems in Windows. I meant that some of the caracters are in green or pink

What can be the problem ?

You have a dead card, RMA it.

He bought the card from futureshop in a plastic bag.
And the stickers that should be under the card with serial and part number are REMOVED

How do I check if there's waranty..

there's only a print PN number on the card

well if you bought it from that guy then he owes you some money back regardless of how he bought it.

Tell him it doesnt work and if he doesnt give you your money back take him to small claims court

Is there a special place to check for the serial if the sticker were romeved.

Then IS there a manner to contach Ati support by email without they ask for serial, so I 'll be able to check for warranty. All the places I found were asking for serial

futureshop?.... he obviously purchased an OPENBOX video card.... if it's a true ati card.. they don't have stickers... no worries there... this is what i'd do.... ask who you bought it from.... how long ago he bought it from futureshop.... if he still has the receipt.... and what warranty he has... if he has the standard... you've got 30 days from the time he bought it.. to take it back.. and get a replacement.... they should hand you a brand spanking new boxed and wrapped video card.. at which point you should enquire about the 2 or 3 year warranty deal.... trust me.. this is the sweet spot for video card if you get it from futureshop....good stuff...

out tYeah futureshop, but the asshole here don't want to give him his invoice. He's not responding because during the week he bought the card the guys caugh a VIRUS that destoyed his computer

that sux dude.......and it is reasons like this that I only buy from reputable dealers. like newegg.com. I hope he gets it sorted out though.
