do you wanna smoke this card or are you gonna keep it. I have heard stories about soft modding an SE, Neon Cowboy has modded just about everything that you can put in an AGP slot, I would like to see more of the process in depth

RE:

I've spoken with Omega last night and we tried to find out what the problem with the driver installation is. so he can make the proccess alot easyer...if he come up with a patched drivers then the proccess will be very simple if not.
I'll put up the step by step with pictures...
I'd would just like to know how I 'm supose to put it up here since i'm not aloud to apload attachments..

thanks.

Strange that he didn't run the fill rate tests in 3dMark.

LOL

I ran only the first 4 since I can't wait 8minuts for a full test to finish..but dont worry I 've ran then today and all is great...
results a really up there..

one more update: I'm still unable to find the problem with Omega's drivers that wont recognize the XT card and only manual control panel install can do it. and then and only then do the moded files enable the extra 4pipes in SE cards.

I'm working on the INf file and maybe Omega can do a much better Job than me in finding the problem and patching it so even after the flash the card can be recognized automatically and a step by step wouldn't be necessary at all..
just flush the right bios and install Omega drivers.
and you done...but I think extensive testing is needed on as many cards as possible to find out the cards ID's after the flash so the setup INF file can be accordingly written.

Best regards to all.
