The max Refresh at like 640 is 100 and at 1024 is 60 is all ![]() Now for the prob just dont try turning the refresh rate up too high if you want to use 1024. It could also be the monitor is having issues. Do you have the monitor drivers installed? |

thnx for the input overdrive but if u can find the drivers for a 5 yr old plug and play monitor with no details or even a piece of crap on the back with a code then well er no =P plus the fact that the only thing that might have the drivers is a install disk for win 98 and since the last time i tried to use one of those 98 drivers for my joystick i dun feel like doing that again =P
yeh i understand that but it doesnt really help my situation since it is really ugly if u leave it in 640 could the problem be that sumwhere in the mess the drivers are sending the wrong code to the monitor and it aint liking it so it turns itself off to try and save itself? this is one of the most annoyin and wierd problems i have ever had and what gets me is why does it only happen when i uppgrade from the stock defualt drivers to these ones? |
