i dont know if im posting in the right thread but can anyone tell me how or give me a guide on tweaking my vid card cause i really want to learn how to tweak it!!!

I just gotta fix me mates computer & get the loaner back I whipped together for him...I should have it in this weekend. (Blue needs it now anyways since her upgrade, she deserves it.
