Highest Benchmarks with a 9500 non Pro
OK folks due to an unfortunate mishap I killed my 9500 Pro and replaced it with a 9500 non Pro. All I can say is Sapphire makes one smokin' 9500 non Pro...... I have hit personal best scores in both 3DMark 2001 and 3DMark 2003 all with stock cooling and no ram sinks..... Lets see your 9500 Non Pro scores here :
5411 3DMark03
15079 3DMark01

Stock cooling...... 390-320..... After a lot of benching I get artifacts, but at those speeds I can go for like 2 hours then it starts to get flaky on the ram. Other wise it's the stock cooling, but I took the shim off the core, didn't even put AS3 on. For some reason my card had that imitation silver thermal grease on it...... I dunno if they all have that or what. But I have a Zalman Hp80 that I wanna throw on here to get the core higher.

zalman
zalman works fine for me, as long as it's installed correctly and you have ample case airflow you should be fine.

I had a Sapphire 9500NP, I got about 5700-5800. Used a ZM80A Zalman and some standard copper memory sinks.

I didn't keep any records when I had my 9500NP, or I would post some. Sorry.
