Problem, radeon 3650m crash

Please help me,
I have a problem with my mobility radeon 3650. It's sometimes crashing (before I'd get ati2mkdag.sys stopped responding and recovered, and after 9.5 I started to get blue screens instead, with the problematic ati2mkdag.sys) when using autodesk (AutoCAD and 3DS Max) products and when I use 2D graphics acceleration in adobe acrobat reader. I'm already using modded drivers, version 9.6. I was wondering if anyone else has similar problems and how they fixed them. These problems don't happen in any games that I have played so far (Fallout 3, L4D, etc)
