question involving ati mobility radeon hd 2600

hey guys, just a quick question 4 u:
I have a fujitsu-siemens notebook with the following
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T7300 @ 2.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.0GHz
Memory: 2046MB RAM
Card name: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600
Display Memory: 1012 MB
Dedicated Memory: 245 MB
Shared Memory: 767 MB
Current Mode: 1440 x 900 (32 bit) (59Hz)
That being said my question is: With this notebook can i play Lineage 2 the chaotic throne without damaging my computer and if so at what graphics?
(i tried playing nfs pro street at medium graphics and i kinda blew a fuze on my notebook, and this time i want 2 make sure i don't repeat it)

System Specs

Hi there and welcome to DriverHeaven!

You should be able to play those games. But don't expect them to run in their highest settings. I think they run nicely on medium level. And gaming in general can't damage your laptop. The only way to damage it is to drop it or jam the cooling fans.

about what u were saying "damage is only done by jaming the cooling fans", i agree with u, but here is the thing, when i was playing nfs pro street the 1st time, indeed the cooling fans were bloked, but the 2nd time (when i got my laptop from service) i entered the game and my laptop just shut down, and didn't start up again, i had 2 bring it back 2 the service.
can u explain that?
