Probs With Visiontek HD 3870

Where to start firstly when I try to oc using newest cats or any version for that matter I cannot go past 840 core and 2400 on mem. Using Overdrive and stock clocks are 800/2400 on my HD 3870.

2nd I try to use rivatuner to oc with overdrive disabled and clocks don't stay and when i try to check my clocks with gpuz comp freezes. ATITOOL doesn't load at all any version. ATI tray tools doesn't work at all either lol. Also if i play a game for awhile load temps are like 57c but when i stopp playing the stays at 54c until i restart, oh ya my idle temps are 37c with 66% fan enabled.

I didnt do a clean install of windows only uninstalled Nvidia drivers and ntune stuff. Would it help to do a full install of windows later i wanted to test for few days, might as well if i cannot fix issues. Tho card looks awesome must be newest version from Visiontek.
