Someone Please Help Me!

Ok, i bought a new Acer TM 7220G about two weeks ago.. Counterstrike Source player here.

Specs of the machine: (only putting the specs im having troubles with)
Running windows XP
ATI Mobility HD 2600
With acer drivers, because lovely acer, have somehow made it so that the ati drivers wont work with cards pre-installed on their systems.

Ok, no for the problem, everytime im playing css, or change screen res, or exit steam then enter it again.. BAM BSOD!!!!

After viewing eventvwr.msc there have been a number of system errors. (by the way, this thing has bsod'd well over 20 times since i got it two weeks ago)

Ive tried the omega drivers, ive tried the acer drivers, ive even tried force installing the ATI drivers, nothing worked..

then i tried modding all of the above drivers... once more nothing worked.

Ive even gone as far as checking no two devices are conflicting on interrupts..

changed the ram completely too, stil nothing.

Now it has to be a driver problem.. at least im fairly damn sure it has to be..

when the bsod comes up, its saying problem with wink32.sys

and that theres apage fault in a non paged area.

just please please please someone help me out with this.. its painfull haha.

That sounds like something in Windows is going wrong.. not a video card problem. Perhaps look up the STOP error "page_fault_in_nonpaged_area" on the Microsoft website, see what it says. Also, disable automatic restarting on an error; this is useful for better diagnosing the problem. To do this right-click on My Computer, go Properties, Advanced tab, click Settings under Startup and Recovery and uncheck "Automatically restart."
