Sapphire x1650 Pro 512MB problem--- Svideo
Well the box, and newegg clearly say it has S-Video out. But it does not... That i know of..
http://tell.fll.purdue.edu/hatasa/ku...ges/svideo.jpg That is the plug it has on the back. The thing came with a Yellow vga video connector.. and with a tiny converter to AV. The cable is the yellow, with both Male ends. How do I plug this into my TV so i can watch my TV, with my TV card on it. That particular 'plug' in the first image is definitely a S-Video plug. So, with the proper cables and settings, you should be able to output from the PC to the TV.
Now, doesn't that card also have DVI connectors on it? One? or Two? As for getting the TV signal coming to the PC, you'd have to connect from your TV signal source and into the Video IN on the Video Capture card. From what I'm reading, you have BOTH the X1650 Pro AND a Video Capture card installed....two different cards, right? You can send the signal FROM the X1950 Pro to the TV, but you have to CAPTURE the TV SIGNAL into the Video Capture card. That takes two different cables. What are you using for a program and which drivers are you using? Do you have the ATI WDM drivers installed?
