X1950PRO No S-Video Output

Heya!
Well, i seem to be having this problem where i connect my video card's SVIDEO (using an svidio/rca convertor that it came with) and it feeds back no video. I am currently using the Omega Drivers and even tried the official CCC program ATI offers to no avail. I had a X800 before this one, and it worked perfectly fine, it automatically detected the settings, as this one did; but instead of showing my desktop it flickers black. And yeah, i made sure all the settings were set properly (extended desktop and such).

My specifications are:
AMD 6000+
ASUS CrossHair
ATI X1950PRO
OCZ GameXStream 600W
1x1GB Patriot DDR2 800
1x1GB Corsair DDR2 800

Any ideas on how i can fix it?

Greetings and welcome to DriverHeaven!

First of all, what are you connecting to from the S-Video Out of the PC's video card? TV, VCR, DVD player, ???

Second, do you have the proper Video In set correctly on said device? Usually, when I output to my TV, I have to select Video 1, Video 2, Composite, or something else before I'll get video.
