9600 & TV-Out, HELP?

I am building a cheap media pc (just something to play my videos on tv)

So I have a radeon 9600 pro (256mb version) and want to use S-Video output to my tv.

Thing is, I dont want it connected to a monitor.

So I'll have the s-video plugged into the tv, when boot, it'll display bios splash screen and windows loading screen, but when in windows, it'll be a black screen.

I have to plug a monitor into it and switch the settings to the tv everytime

I want it to just use the tv all the time without switching to the monitor.

Btw, I am using latest drivers too.

I've never tried this particular configuration so, I'm just taking a stab at a guess here.

There's a "Force TV Detection" option in the CCC. Have you tried that?
