Dude it's about ATI r600, a gfx card.
Anyway i really doubt those numbers are true, not so much because of the number them self, but because of the site...
Level505.com and all it has, is this article. It seems like a site setup only to get some traffic.

lol the ATi AMD fusion turned things in my head upside down........especially since AMD has become both nVidia and Intels competition. i cant picture ATi (now AMD) to continue letting intel make chipsets for the cards. thats where my thing came from

i dont think they will break up really.....ATi is like a gold mine for AMD. theres that idea floating somewhere on this site that AMD can make a GPU/CPU superchip that will eliminate graphics cards. Even on the here and now, AMD has more resources to build off of...the new AMD Crossfire chipsets. so yea it doesnt look like they will allow Intel to use Crossfire anytime soon....other than the 975x chipset that may get old soon.
but this just means more opportunities for an Intel/Nvidia joint effort....better Nvidia chipsets and more attention to Intel..
i cant wait to see what the heck happens in 2007-2008

It'll never happen. They won't eliminate GFX cards because the extreme gamer market likes to upgrade and is their best cash source. The enterprise market, however, which doesn't need uber GFX to be displaying pages of code and HTML, may like it for power saving and simplicity... but the hybrid G/CPU combo won't eliminate graphics cards

If Level505's comments seem a little too pro-ATI, don't be too surprised. When asked if the site was affiliated in any way to ATI or AMD, the owner replied to DailyTech with the statement that "two staff members of ours are directly affiliated with AMD's business [development] division."

I wouldn't believe what you see too much. Seems far from a credible site.

Site is definetely suspect. THis is the only article on the site, and the quality is very poor. I'd take what is said with a grain of salt.

theres just too many things i saw on their that screened BS to me. like ati's and nvidia's next round of next gen graphics cards comeing in Q3/Q4 of 07.
"It will be interesting to see if the R600 in CrossFire Mode can handle Oblivion at 2560×1600 at a somehow playable frame rate, but maybe we will have to wait for the next graphics card generation (nVidia G90, ATI R700), coming around Q3-Q4/2007."

Interweb forums are not for keeping your opinions to yourself! :P
That site is total BS, I don't understand the point though as there's not even any advertising on it to make money from all their traffic.

It's part of their cunning tactic, to make it look like the site was pulled offline because of lawsuits threat, due to broken NDA, so the results would seem real...
