Hi!
There is no 512MB version of X1950XT, its only the XTX version that has that amount of memory, and its XTX memory at 2000MHz the core at 650MHz, and the XT memory runs with 1800MHz and the core runs with 625MHz

2D clocks are the same for the x1950 xt and x1900 xtx.Getting the memory to 1800 will require some extreme voltage. But should be possible without too much damage.
The x1950 xt is basically x1900 xt 256mb cards with boosted memory speeds.
3D clocks for the x1950 xt is 625 core and 1800 mem.(900)

Considering teh X1950 uses totally different memory, it doesnt matter if you clock it the same its still not gonna get the same performance. You can soft mod the drivers in windows to the X1950 and give a slight OC maybe you will get lucky and get like 700+ core and 800 something on memory @ 1.475 or even 1.45v if your using stock cooler for the X1900 series and no modifications dont expect too much from it. The X1950 XTX has only about a 5% increase on performance over the X1900XTX which really isnt to spectacular, and the X1900s especiially get hot unless youve done some sort of mods for cooling new vga fan, water cooling, new heatsinks etc I wouldnt try going for too extreme a OC, #1 it probably wont be stable for too long, #2 the temperatures you will be kicking out will probably artifact all over the place at higher clock speeds, #3 they are completely different cards and they use different memory GDDR4 (X1950XT and XTX only) GDDR3 (X1900XT and XTX + X1950Pro) Just go for a good OC on the card you have keeping it stable, your not gonna see a huge difference in games anyways trying to get a X1950 clock, another thing too if your running DDR2 in your comp OCing the memory or tightening up the timings will improve overall performance of your video. But I would stay away from trying to OC your 1900 to 1950XT or XTX speeds with the stock x1900 cooler, the x1950 cooler was actually revised to be cooler for those clocks you will most likely end up damaging your card if you dont have good cooling. 92C is pretty high, i never break 60C on air even playing oblivion with my setup X1900XTX. If you want some suggestions on cooling I can point you in right direction of what I did. GL

EDIT: I see your using a Zalman *shrug* I dont really like the zalman vga coolers

I would reseat your HSF, those temps are pretty high for 1.425v. Also what is your ambient temp?
Not to mention that 650/774 is stock X1900XTX 3d clocks which run like 50C load with a good cooler @ 1.45v
Concerning your question with heat those cards can take about 110C before they run into problems, but still OCing you dont really want temps like what your getting unlesss its a crazy OC

EDIT: Also when you reseat the HSF use Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste, and make sure you apply it right.

They don't look that out of order for that card... but for a VF900 they do.

Is there enough airflow around that card? I notice there may not be due to that high VRM temp
