which drivers? ATI vs Omega?
Hey everyone, which drivers are better for gaming now? ATI has catalyst 6.10 out and the Omega is based on 6.9...which are better in gaming terms?

From experience I like the Omega drivers best, but you have to be sure that your system supports the drivers, Yesterday I had to get some special driver to get my graphics card to work with my motherboard, but I would recommend Omega for games, just be sure you have backups of everything in case anything goes wrong when you change drivers

Personally, I prefer the Omega drivers over the ATI realeases. but this time I might go with the ATI Drivers to do some folding with my gpu.

The latest official cats are 6.11. I would say to use them as they are the most stable and there is actually some performance increases in various games and across the board for me.

omega drivers is better.But right now usin cats 6.10 cause to do folding.And the omega version of 10 isn't out yet.

The latest version is 6.11. The 6.10 cats are crap so please dont use them. Omega drivers rock but I would not keep the latest omegas installed because there are alot of fixes and performance gains since the 6.9 release.

do you need ati drivers for folding?
im folding with my Omega driver..
wait, i use NGO drivers.... nvm..
is the latest ATI 6.11 driver better then the latest NGO driver 1.6.6?

for some reasons unknown, ATI drivers could not detect my x1400, so i can only stick with omega...
