3d acceleration / direct 3d / directdraw
Yes, I used the search function.
Hello.
I downloaded another third party driver similar to Omega, but according to DXDIAG, DirectDraw and Direct3d are disabled. So, I thought it was a bad driver, and downloaded Omega - same thing.
How do I enable these?

Try installing the latest DirectX 9 package from Microsoft and make sure you have SP2

I am quite computer litterate.
I have both of these things.
I was assuming there was a process that needs to be done with one of the tools or whatnot.
As I wait for replies, I am trying on my own.

Well, can you run D3D/DDraw applications? If so, maybe some problem with dxdiag. Otherwise, I wouldn't know. Maybe your card isn't being detected properly or something..

This was my first suspicion as well.
BTW, it would be a big help if you'd post the system specs. We're shooting in the dark here not knowing which video card, OS, mobo, RAM...or anything at all about what you have under the hood.
