What I'm seeing there is normally a result of overheating/too much overclocking.
If you're overclocking at all, revert to the default speeds and see if these disappear.
If reducing the clockspeeds doesn't do it, make sure the fan on the video card is functioning properly. If you've had the card for a while, take it out and clean the dust off the fan and from the inside of your case.
If these two are not the problem, you could have an underpowered video card. What PSU do you have in your system? Be as detailed as possible.
