(please refer me to another section if I am off topic here - thx)

I have a Dell GX270 with onboard graphics (Intel Extreme 2, 865G Chipset) and use a Toshiba 32WL66 having 1366x768 resolution.
I have no monitor.ini for this Toshiba (supposed to be a TV, albeit with a VGA input).
1024x738 works fine, but leaves sides black.

- The resolutions I can choose from the Windows Display section don't include such a setting.
- Powerstrip did not take different values, kind of greyed out.
- Reforce takes values, but has no effect, even after reboot.
- resolution855 is for Linux, can maybe compiled under Windows (source anyone?)
