Which one is it? 700 or 1500?
I have a Sapphire x1800xt w512mb. On the site it says the memory is at 1500, on various sites they list the memory clock speed for similar cards to 1000+, but mine is at 700 and according to atitool it is the default speed.
So, what is the normal memory speed for it? |

You must take the value *2, so you've got 1400.

also look @ over drive there are lower "2D clocks" when you open agame it switches
to the faster 3D clocks |

according to the specs at sapphire site, my card has core clock at 625 and memory at 1500. I had mine at 594 and 693. I set them at 625 and 750. I hope it doesn't die or anything. x2 makes sense, that is why I just did the above.
