??? Which is worth it: 9700 Pro or 9900?

I was wondering which would be more worthwhile: To buy a Radeon 9700 Pro after the 9900 comes out, or to snatch the 9900 instead. I know there will be significant price drops from what i've gathered over various forums, but I was wondering if the 9900 will offer something better than the 9700 Pro in performance or otherwise.

I'd go for the 9900

Since it looks like the 9900 is gonna be out in a few weeks I'm going to wait for that and will likely upgrade to that card myself. If it's not a lot better than the 9700 pro then at least i can pick up the pro at a reduced price...

Well, its always questionable. From what has been said. The 9900 will just be a higher clocked 9700 pro. So their going to be using mroe effecient chips or whatever... So my advice is to wait and see how big of a performance increase... and if there are no real added features save a couple of bucks and buy some non-stock cooling and mod out a 9700 pro and achieve the same clock speeds(or close)... Well, if you have the time.

9700Pro at reduced price seems more enticing.
