Which graphic card is better?

Hello everyone,
I want to buy a new graphic card for my computer. I am just wondering which graphic card from the following 512MB graphic cards is the best (and cheapest...):
1. Radeon X1300 512MB, PCI-E
2. Radeon X1600 PRO 512MB, TV, DVI, PCI-E
3. Galaxy 6600 512MB DDRII, TV, DVI, PCI-E

The best is X1600 PRO, the cheapest I believe X1300.
