Radeon 9550 problem

I have problem with my Radeon 9550.
When I play 3d games for exemple Doom 3 all it's good.
But when i run 2d games mainly Starcraft it goes out to system

Sometimes it reset my system. I'm not sure but I think this is fault 9550.
When it goes out to system screen behave oddly

Maybe is this fault drivers of my graphic card? Maybe must I install older drivers?
Maybe have omgea drivers prolbem wiht this?

I use omega drivers 3.8.205. (based on ATI 6.1).
My computer:
Athlon 2000+ Palomino
Gigabyte Radeon 9550 128 mb
512 mb ram
Soltek SL-75DRV4
Seagate ST360020A
SoundBlaster Live 5.1

So its just 2D Games? I think this might have something to do with...

1) DirectDraw
2) Anti aliasing/anisotropic filtering settings
3) Compatibility mode maybe?
