Sad RMA - 30 day registration required?

I have to send my card in for I warranty repair, and just noticed that the warranty says you have to register your card within 30 days of purchase for it to be valid. Isn't this a little sneaky? Anyone else have problems/experiences with this?

Eh, I don't think you have to register your card to get warranty service, so long as you have your proof of purchase. I think that the registration service is mostly so ATi and its partners can keep track of what card was purchased when so people don't go and demand warranty services from them when they're warranty is expired since ATi wouldn't/couldn't know any better. That's just my thoughts..
