Wink New AGP Video Card

Since i can't seem to fix my problem with my Radeon 9550Gu OD i'm thinking to buy a new and better card. From what i've read until now my favorite is Leadtek A6600GT TDH. I'm making a good choice? I'm opened to suggestions... if you have any.

A 6600gt will certainly be a much faster card...

Strange you have been getting the artifacting with your 9550 cards - have you been overclocking at all?

Three cards gone bad in a period of 6 months is definitely a bummer, but the odds of getting three cards in a row defective after running only 2-4 months each is so low... Hmmm... could be a weak power supply, if it is - and if you get a newer more powerful video card - it should happen to that one too, eventually.

Could you trade the card back from where you bought it for value toward the purchase of the 6600gt? The 6600gt is a better match for your system...

H3X4D3C1M4L will become famous soon enough

Could also be a lack of fresh, cool air to the video card, I mean I think he has watercooling for everything else so...

A X1600Pro would be better IMHO. For $125 you can get a sapphire one and 256MB of ram. But IMHO cap0110 wait for the X1700 (should be 8ROP/24pp design), but will still have the same mem bandwidth, or a tad more. Should be very competitive with the 7600GT.
