route DX Wave out XY to ASIO Channel XY?

I use Cubase with ASIO input channels

I use a software synth (not VST) with DIRECT-X output.

Furthermore I use a virtual MIDI Loopback Device to control the external synth inside of CUBASE.

I NOW want to acess the DX-output inside the Cubase mixer, to record and add FX to it.

QUESTION:

Is it possible to DSP route the DIRECT X outputs to the ASIO INPUT ports ????

in the kX router, change the assignments of the kX wave(ie 8/9) to whichever fxbus is free (or use the ones it is already set to) and connect these in the DSP directly from the fxbus to the asio ins on the epilog
(or add an effect between)
