re-install directX (it seems you have directx problems)
if it fails, install the monitor and copy&paste its output to this post [ http://kxdev.narod.ru]

This is the error of kx.sys file in the monitor :
ERROR (1058) : The driver is marked as disabled (Start=4) in its service database entry.
i dont know why its disabled i have reinstaled the DirectX 9 as You suggested. The kx.sys has been checked in monitor AFTER reinstalling DirectX.
I am not a specialist but i can see that after installing KXdrivers the KXmixer doesn't regognize the settings in Control Panel/ Multimedia (the hardware acceleration is set to FULL) and gives the monit that i should change it.
Best regards.
