Audio recording SX

Hi, my probleme is that I dont get any signal from my guitare when I use the ''KX Asio driver'' in the device setup in cubase. So what I do is, I use the ''Asio multimedia Driver'' for the guitare and the ''KX Asio driver'' for the Synthesizer. but when I transfer from one to another, the audio track is pitched due to samplerate changes I think.

So what I want to try to do is getting a signal from my guitare through the ''KX Asio driver''

Can anyone help me?

Look at this:
KX+Soundblaster+Cubase

o.k. it's for Soundblaster Live 5.1 card and Cubase
but I think this can solve your problem.

Hey have you tried going into the KX mixer and unmuting the line in...just go in there and unmute things till you get some sound. I had the same prob with my turntables not getting any sound in cubase..and that fixed it. See if that works

I can't get inputs to work in cubase using the KX ASIO driver either. I've also tried everything on the how-to page. I've occasionally tried this driver (and older versions) over the past couple years on Win98, ME, 2000, and XP. Because cubase without the KX Asio driver under the SBLive cards has 1 to 2 second latency, it's useless for recording--I have to use MagixStudio for my initial recordings and then cubase to put effects on and mix. At least I've found a combo that works.
