kX has ASIO support for itself, so select kX-asio instead of "asio drivers(2.7)" as your ASIO-driver.
Note: your card model has a hardware related asio mapping error. Read more about this issue at www.kxproject.com

I couldn't find the specifics on the ASIO mapping flaw on these cards, just that the flaw is hardware based, so there's no way around the flaw. I was working on making a DSP, and I wanted to route some outputs to ASIO, apparently, on my setup, asio0 and asio3 work, and asio1 and asio2 are both dead. I've tried a number of things to try to rectify this, which leads me to believe that this is the flaw (or a variant of the flaw). I haven't tried the other asio channels, I left most of the DSP stock for the time being, while I was trying to learn about it. I'm also not beyond admitting that I could have done something wrong, myself. I'm using kx audio driver version 5.10.0.3537, Windows XP home, and I have a SoundBlaster Live 5.1 (ID'd as SB0102 5.1) by kx audio. I really love the way everything else works, and the configurability, and my latency (especially for MIDI thru) is awesome, especially compared to the performance using WDM drivers.

That is correct.
All Creative 10k1 based 5.1 cards have this issue with kX drivers.
@DJ-Stick:
I wrote/answered/discussed the specific symptoms of this asio mapping issue many times on this forum.
Hmmm,.. perhaps it's wise to include those specifics in the kX Knowledge Base
if not done so already.
