Recently whilst ATI were busy partying at Alcatraz we teamed up with Rage3d for a covert mission. The objective of Mission- ATI-lian Job was to infiltrate the ATI R+D lab in Ontario Canada. The mission was a complete success and as well as grabbing ourselves a few R400 samples we snatched a bag of previously unreleased ATI cards and this month we are offering our half of the samples to the Driverheaven members. Only 20 or so of these cards were EVER made, so they are as hot as you can get, if you win one of these suckers you will be the envy of everyone. The cards have two DVI connectors, including one on the horizontal top edge of the board, two on-board LEDs, and an R200-class ASIC. The rest is top-secret.

You have 3 ways to win and the rules for each competition are as follows…

Competition 1: ATI OVERCLOCKING COMPETITION
Using all the tweaks and overclocking skills you can your task is to gain the highest combined scores in 3dmark01, 3dmark03 and PC mark. The AMD/ATI and Intel/ATI rigs with the highest scores on October 30th will each win a card. There may also be an additional card given to the user who "gives it their all" with the hardware they have. We want to see the most dedicated ATI fanboys overclocking their hardware to the max ! thats the homes these cards deserve to go to !
Rules: All tests must be run at default settings for each utility. all tests must be run with WHQL certified drivers. Compare links must also be provided.

Competition 2: ATI MODDING COMPETITION
The aim of this competition is to show us your case or card mods…from window designs to extreme ATI graphics card cooling the choice is yours. There may be more than one winner. Your only rules are:
The Case or Card must still be functional. The Mod must be ATI related.

Competition 3: ATI DESIGN COMPETITION
Design a desktop image, the design must be available as a 1024x768 image however you can if you wish provide additional images at higher resolutions. There may be more than one winner. The rules are: The image must be ATI related and feature the ATI logo. Use your imagination !

You can enter any of the competitions as many times as you wish however you will only be eligible to win 1 card. Competition will be judged by ATI employees and selected Driverheaven administration staff. Decisions are final.
