ATi Mobility X600
ATIs new mobile chip design and fully supports x16 lanes PCI Express specifications and as would be expected is fully DX9 compatible. All the usual desktop features, Smoothvision 2.1, Smartshader 2.0, Fullstream and Video Immersion II are all available with the Radeon Mobility X600. Powerplay 5.0 is also available with the boards, and they come with either 64mb DDR (128bit) and 128mb DDR solutions. This should cover most portable needs and with quite a few OEMs onboard the future for these chips should be a positive one.
