WMP wont play my Avi. files :(

Hello.
I have all the codecs to play all my videos and music.
All my other files work in WMP except for AVI file.
It says its playing, but the bar aint moving and no pictures are coming up.
Help pls

System Specs

most likely a divx or xvid file, they use the .avi extension. You need to download their codecs.
www.divx.com for divx and www.xvid.org for xvid

K-lite mega pack will play almost anything, and comes with a couple other good video players too, in media player classic (my fav) and bsplayer.

still having the same problems.
No pictures are coming up, and also says no errors at all.
The bar still doesnt move, so any other suggestions?
Maybe reinstall windows media player?

Try media player classic or vlc to see if one of them will play the file.

i hav vlc player alredy, and it plays files fine.
But i prefer windows media player :P
