I used to use StyleXP, but I've gone back to using the uxtheme.dll hack which comes pre-applied with my XP-DVD. I have the Vista theme from http://www.studiotwentyeight.com/
I do like WindowsBlinds sexy effects though. I'm glad they've improved on it.
BTW, a little off topic, but did you take a look at the new DFI SLI-DR Expert?

I used windowblinds, or tried it but I didn't like it nearly as much as uxtheme, available here
it just overwrites a system file and then you can use many themes without other standalone programs...I highly recommend it

What sites do you recommend to get themes to use with uxtheme patch?

The site mentioned has a bunch (in the completed themes forum), or deviantart in skins/themes, which i think is the best.

ThemeXP.org has some ok ones. Some of them come in .exe with adware, so be cautious. I usually open the .exe with WinRAR and extract the themes themselves.
I also like the themes made from Studio Twenty Eight

I took the plunge, and picked up WB5. The glass theme is really sweet!

The glass theme is sweet. Though a couple of things could be changed. The 'Start Menu' I think is too light. I can't see the 'Log Off' & 'Turn Off the Computer' buttons unless I move my mouse over them. But it's cool to have these new effects for our themes.

I actually bought it, only $19.95. There is currently no way to acquire it by other means at this point, and time.
