Antivirus
What is a good antivirus program that does not use a lot of system resources in the background. Have tried quite a few but all seem to use a lot of resources(eg norton,Avg, avast, Mcafee). On the whole does zonealarm security suite work good as a package, I know the firewall kicks ass. Thx

I like antivir, nod32, or kaspersky or av. For firewall, zonealarm is fine, but I prefer kerio 2.15.

Look for settings in the background scanners. Some are for instance set to scan all types of files wich is a bit of overkill. AntiVir can be set to only scan on file writes, wich takes some load off.
