how do you lower m_pitch in games?

Hi all!
I've heared allot avout this lately, it seems that all pro players of all Shooter games Like quake and Half Life or Enemy Territory (thats what I play ^^) seem to have problems with the anti cheat software (punbuster) about lowering there m_pitch

m_pitch is the vertical mouse speed, how fast your cursor moves up and down, In Enemy Territory it is limited to 0.015 bu punkbuster because if you would lower it headshots (which do more damage) would be allot easier.

Now I've heared that there are ways to bypass this like Lowering your up down movement by 50 % and stuff, I dont know much about this,

So If any1 can tell me how to make my m_pitch lower than 0.015 I would gladly appreciate it.
I havent found anything on google and I did almost the whole day research... Damn stupid keywords :d

Sorry I can't be of any real help, but it's possible that certain programs for whatever mouse you use could help... I know that in the drivers for Razer mice, you can change the speed for axes independently.

lower your overall mouse sensetivity in windows? Or instead of using the console cant you see if it works in the menu?

I just want to lower my up and down speed, not ingame but in windows cuz it is already at the minumum ingame. All pros do it with so called "hacked drivers" but I dunno how to get them for my mouse (the MX518) so if any knows anything about lowering your mouse up and down speed (maybe tweaking registery) I'd be very happyto know
