Borland Turbo Assembler

Borland TASM is old but excellent program. But it makes my compu-case entrails boil. This kinda behaviour is not very healthy, so, do you know any "cooler" substitute for this program? I've been using Borland for over ten years now, maybe it's time to switch to a new one, maybe not, as I do not know anything about all these new things, like "Visual Studio" etc. - is there assembler integrated?
