how do i refresh the page , just like in internet Explore

Ctrl+R keys,

or F5 key,

or, mouse R-click -> Reload,

or from the program's View menu -> Reload.

right click gives me.

Back.
Forword.
reload.
stop.
bookmark this page.
Save as page.
send link.
view background imge.
setect all.
this frame.
view page source.
view pagr info.

but no paste. i need to go to edit to paste, would be easyer from right click if it was there

'after' you've already highlighted the text or object on a web page that you want to Copy.. and selected Copy,


by default, the "Paste" context menu command option will be added..


as said in the web page, the above link.. "Depending on where you right-click in Firefox you will get different menus"
