??? Secure erase - HELP!!

Hello,

I wish to remove all sectors on my o/s hardrive that havent already been overwritten.

Here is the situation: I can recover deleted files using CIA Unerase from years ago! I want to find an app that will erase all these sectors so nothing is recoverable. The reason for this si that I have been exposed to very sensitive information that should not have been copied to my hard disk, unfortuently I didnt have PGP secure erase enabled And all this information was meant to have been copied to a USB thumb drive, and the doofos that copied the data was an idiot!

Can anyone help!
