I went into device manager to try to disable something (I later found out I needed to completely remove it for the computer to reinstall the driver), but when I reopened the computer the icon for the user had changed. I just got this comptuer and as far as I know there was only one user, but because after installing a utility on my computer and finding that it was telling me that it needed administrative access, I tried switching the user. It came up with administrator and the correct icon, and the icons on my desktop once I clicked on that and came back to the desktop, were not in the same order. The utility was still asking for administrative access. I went to users. There is only one user (admin) listed there. I don't understand what is happening. Can someone help?
