Free Iso Builder/ Burning Software!

Alright, not sure if any one else had this problem -- but I have had a hard time finding a program to make an ISO and winISO and those punks have a monopoly in google search results...

Luckly I found a program by the non other then the creator of DVD Decrypter, Thunder_UK.

It is a preaty sweet program called ImgBurn, has same basic GUI as DVD Decrypter just with out the cd/dvd reading stuff. Hope some one finds this usefull, and hopefully sense it's on DriverHeaven google will refrence it a bit more...

I use it on my MacBook Pro - works flawlessly on the Windows side...

I don't know about freeware ISO creation software but ImgBurn is the best image burning software I've come across. It can be made portable to run on a flash drive as well (single EXE).

ImgBurn is a GREAT free program.

Only key feature it lacks is the ability to RIP ISO images from disks.

But you can manually create ISO images with the build mode, and you can also burn VIDEO_TS folders to make DVD movies if you already have the VIDEO_TS folder prepared. They don't make it super intuitive on how to do that, but the feature is indeed in there.

I wish they would add ISO ripping for DATA disks as well as some conversion options for other formats so it could be a one-stop solution. The PowerISO proprietary format, stuff like that.

Still, it's not bad all by itself as it is right now.

I thought DVD Shrink relied on Nero to burn?
