ATI remote control

Hi, I have a problem with ATI remote control plus. I constantly get this error message "ATIRW.exe has encountered problem and need to be closed." Then the remote control doesn't work anymore. The mouse cursor can only be mvoed by using mouse and nothing works. If I restart computer, the remote control works again. Then after a while (like about 30 minutes), I get this error message and have to restart computer to make it work. Does anyone know what cause this? If you think I should downlaod some software, can you give me detail instruction? I am not good at computers. I am running on windows XP. Thanks.

Have you tried reinstalling it? Have you tried downloading a newer version of the software?

Yes, I tried to reinstall it and I download it from ATI website. I think that would be the latest.

Did this happen just after installation of the newest ones or was it an issue from before?

If it worked from off the CD then use that software.

Hmm..... perhaps you could try Driver Cleaner?

If not you may try looking to ATI for support....it could be anything, but it is really odd...
