Video Delay on AIW X600 pro

I just upgraded from my AIW 8500 to the AIW X600pro. With the new video card, Im getting a delay in video (from both the cable in, and the composite in). This delay makes it impossible to play my xbox through the computer, but I did not have this delat with the 8500.

Anyone know what could be causing the delay, or any way to get rid of it?
