EEK! Wanting to get AIW X800XT and want to play PS2

I have heard that people have had problems playing console games on these cards dew to the new digital audio they have implemented. It was said that there was a slight delay in the conversion process causing much discomfort to many players. I am really interested in getting this card but don't want to have the same problems aformentioned. Please help.

ARE YOU SERIOUS? THAT'S IT?

Do I also need to update the drivers and all that as well?

There were tons of people posting all of this stuff they had to do just to get the digital audio out because they said it made the delay.

Thanks A lot.

WEll it works for N64 so.... I dont see why a console is any different.

And as always use the latest drivers.
