Ati 9000 AIW WDM driver problem

I have Ati 9000 AIW display and installed the ATi 5.8 driver and latest MMC already. However, the Device Manager, under "ATI WDM Rage Theater Video, ATI WDM Rage Theater Audio and ATI WDM TV Audio Crossbar" there is showed yellow exclamation and reported the "Code 10" error...

What can I do to resolve this problem?

PC config: Giga-byte K8N-S, Sempron 3100+ (without OC), Samsung 512 x 2 DDR400, Maxtor 80G ATA, LG DVD writer.

Windows XP pro w/SP2 and latest windows updated already

Help~ Help~ Help~

System Specs

Try uninstalling all of those devices, rebooting into safe mode, using DriverCleaner with the ATI WDM filter then installing the WDM drivers again.

Or just do all the drivers over again.
