audio and video out of sync

FYI: ATI 9600 AIW pro- vid card

Ok, for about 4 days now i have been watching tv and playing my xbox on my monitor. Last night i decided to install the remote for the tv. This morning when i went to play halo 2 the audio and video had become out of sync. The previous days it was all good but now its messed up.

I have tried unistalling my remote and rebooting but that did not help.

if you need more info or have a solution post here thanks!

Did you use driver cleaner? Did you reinstall everything including video drivers and such, as well as your audio drivers?

Well the reformat will tell. I reccomend installing all things using stock drivers and whatnot, and follow all reccomendations to a T even if its stupid or repetitive.
