Scheduler problems with 5.5 and 9.08
Is any one else having problems with the ATI scheduler with Catalyst 5.5 and MMC 9.08?
I have a All-in-Wonder 9600 and 9000 on two different machines running Windows XP Professional SP2. After installing 5.5 and 9.08, when I try schedule the recording of a tv program, I get an error message that says that there is an illegal variable and the scheduler doesn't work. This happens on two different machines. To add insult to injury, after running the Driverheaven Cleaner 1.1 and reinstalling 5.4 and 9.061, the scheduler gives an error that it has to close when it is time to start the TV. I had to reinstall the operating system on both machines and install 5.4 and 9.061 to return to normal. Incidentally, I installed the operating system and made a disk image before installing the video drivers. I then installed 5.5 and 9.08 and had the same problem on the fresh install. I restored the image and installed 5.4 and 9.061 and all was right with the world.
