Cant get Tv on my PC on my Saphire 9800se aiw

Hi
I cant get to work TV on my PC.I got Saphire Radeon 9800se aiw
I have just two options in input connectors
composite and s-video.
I have win xp sp2.
dirx 9.0c
mmc-9-1-0-0-dao-mdac
mmc-9-03-0-0
tv-wonder-pro-wdm
WMEncoder
Doese someone know how to help me?

Open the Device Manager (Start \\ Run \\ devmgmt.msc [Enter])
Are there 6 items that start with "ATI WDM..." under the "Sound, video, and game controllers" listing?
(click the + next to "Sound.." if necessary)

If not, please list what items there are, that start with "ATI WDM..."
