MMC 8.9 TV Problem

I recently uninstalled MMC 8.6 and everything ATI except my display drivers and ATI control panel. I had already installed DX9b and the WM Encoder 9 stuff. When I installed MMC 8.1 DAO then MMC 8.9 the TV tuner won't pick up and UHF channels. At least I think it's UHF. I get 3,8,10, and 13, but not 28,38, or 44. The last three have always had a very strong, clear signal compared to other channels, and I'm using the same antennea I used previously.

I'm going to try uninstalling and going back to 8.8, I'll post results.

This on a AIW 9700 np running Windows XP Pro. I was not running any virus scanners during any of the installations.

[Edit : I tried Driver Cleaner in between uninstalling 8.6 and installing 8.9 but it doesn't currently support non-default installation paths. My MMC is on the D drive. I did manually search through the registry for ATI MMC keys and deleted whatever I found.]
