problem with 3650 AIW HD

Hi,

I have installed the video card and necessary drivers, but for some reason, it isn't detecting any signal when I hook up my HD box to it via the coax cable. I have tried XP and Vista, but for some reason, XP has BSOD'd on me a few times since the installation. I haven't tried the vista partion as thoroughly yet, so I'm not sure if it is a hardware or software issue (BSOD was page_fault_in_non_paged_area or something like that).

set up is like this (the item in parentheses is the connection cable):
Rogers cable tv (coax) -> HD box
HD box (HDMI)-> TV
HD box (Component)-> TV
HD box (coax)-> 3650HD

so there is one input into the HD box and 3 outputs...I know that the coax OUT works, but it seems to only be a passthough and is only analog, but still, I should be getting some kind of signal shouldn't I?

So would anyone happen to know why I cannot get a signal from my HD box when using the card?
